Bat's in the Belfry and associated materials on this site are intended for viewers ages 14 and older.

Fan art is welcome, although there are strict guidelines for fan art that is permitted. Characters
must be treated with dignity and respect, must act in ways that are appropriate for them, and must not be depicted in
any subject matter that would be at odds with their beliefs, morals, or with Christian beliefs as outlined in the Bible.
The interpretation of any fan art would be subject to our opinions, so it would be highly advisable to
check with us before you decide to do any fan art to ensure that your idea is okay. Also, you will need to grant
us permission to post your work in the fan art section of our art gallery. You retain ownership of your work, but
you may not use your fan art for any commercial use or distribution.

FAN ART RULES:
1. The characters must be treated with dignity and respect.
2. They must act in ways that are appropriate for them.
3. They must not be depicted in any subject matter that would conflict with their beliefs or morals.
4. They must not be depicted in any subject matter that would be at odds with Christian beliefs as outlined in the Bible.
5. You must grant us permission to post your work for it to appear in our fan art gallery.
6. You may not use your fan art for profit or any commercial use.
7. All fan art is subject to our interpretation, so we encourage you to check with us before you begin.

CAMEO COMIC: When purchasing a cameo comic, you agree that the cameo comic remains our sole property
and you agree to allow us to use the comic for commercial and distribution purposes. You may not copy, distribute,
alter, or use for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

COMMISSIONED WORKS: Commissions may only be purchased for personal use and may not be copied, distributed,
altered, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission. We will not use your commissioned
work for commercial purposes, although we may display it for promotional purposes.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information unless visitors provide it to us voluntarily. In the case
of any e-mail we receive, visitors are providing us with their e-mail addresses and we may respond to those e-mails
if we need clarification or if the e-mail makes a request for information. We will never sell, rent, or share our
visitors' information with third parties, although any e-mail we receive may be posted in our Mail Room section. E-mail
posted in this way will include the text of the e-mail along with the sender's first name, city, state, and/or country
of residence, if included. If a name is not included, the sender may be referred to by the first part of their e-mail
address, excluding any text including and following the @ symbol. We will, of course, disclose any information we may
retain as required by law. We will also disclose information in response to the request of specific law enforcement agencies.

We do not knowingly collect names or e-mail addresses from anyone under the age of thirteen. It is up to the child to notify
us of their age before submitting any information to us.

Any e-mails, notes, ideas, suggestions, or forum postings we receive become our sole property, without expiration, to be
used in a manner consistent with our policy regarding personal information, and we may use the material for any use.
By posting or submitting information to us, you are agreeing that we have the right to publish or otherwise use this
material for any use.

We do not make any guarantees regarding the service of this website, whether it will be free of errors, viruses or
that service may not be interrupted. We try to maintain quality service, but can make not guarantees. Weblinks
may be provided that may navigate away from this website, where other services or entertainment may be offered. We make
